Remington made it today on a 3 hours flight to Salt Lake and into my arms! It has been quite a long and eventful day and we are all a little sleepy around here! Inclduing the new little one who is peacefully sleeping to my side since my laptop was taking her 'spot' lol. Here are some pictures and a link to a youtube video that I posted with Uncle Troy!

Monday
So it was only Wednesday since my last post and so much has happened since then! Move out day is 5 days away and I couldn't be more excited but getting a bit nervous on how much I still need to do to get ready for the upcoming weekend! Every spare moment will be used for packing, cleaning, organizing and preparing!
In some more news... I am getting a puppy today! I am so super excited! :) I have been waiting for a long time to get her and so now that it is finally here I can't wait! She is a Morkie, a cross between a Maltese and Yorkie. She is freaking adorable. She is going to get about 8 pounds in size but right now she might not even weigh 2 pounds when I finally get her tonight!

CPR?
So I am thinking that I might revive my blog... haven't written anything in here for over a year but now that I am moving out along with several other exciting adventures happening in my life I think that I might pick up the blogging again and see where it goes. Not that I have a lot of time to do so but it would be a great place to start charting a bit of life.
First off... Moving date is almost 8 days away! Can you believe it? Barely over a week and it is going to be happening. There is a whirlwind of emotions going through me! I am super excited about spreading my wings and really making the last leap into adulthood. However, there are definitely things that I am going to miss about my current home life like my mom and grandma. There are going to be some challenges but definitely some rewards also.
Next up... I graduate in December with my Associate Degree! Woohoo! Super exciting news because I can officially say at that point that I am a college graduate! To me it is a step in the right direction and I can finally feel like I am getting somewhere in life even though I still have a long way to go. With that under my belt I will be moving schools to the University of Utah and begin working on my bachelors. I have decided to major in Anthropology with a medical emphasis and minor in biology. Yes, I do know how much of a nerd that makes me and I fully understand that and take it on with gusto! Eventually it will be a great gateway for Pharmacy school which is the eventual goal.
Other than that I continue to work anywhere from 30-40 hours a week at my same boring job. I am still a MA at a family practice office with a great boss. Occasionally I still get to do some wonderful military events which is nice to shake up the monotony of the normal job. School this semester include Chemistry, Calculus II, US Government & Politics, Human Growth & Development and Gender/Race in society. All together it makes quite a hefty class load of 18 credit hours and is seriously diminishing my sleep time to about 5 hours a night.
Well after all this writing it appears that I might have just started back into the blogging phase so look forward to more. Not sure who all is going to read this but if you do, then I hope you enjoy! If no one reads this at least it is somewhere to jot down thoughts and ideas or hopes and dreams. Whatever the case may be, welcome!
And now back to studying for my test in the morning!
